A deposit against no-shows

On long or high-value services, a no-show hurts. ClaudIA can ask for a deposit when booking, and the client's commitment goes up instantly. To be straight with you: this runs today through Bizum, a Spanish payment method, so it's available for salons in Spain — elsewhere we'll add a local method before offering it.

Whoever leaves a deposit turns up. It's one of the most effective ways to protect the most valuable slots in your calendar — and one of the first things we'll extend once there's a local payment method in each country.

How it works

  1. You choose which services should ask for a deposit and how much.
  2. When those services are booked, ClaudIA requests the deposit.
  3. The deposit comes off the price on the day of the appointment.
