If your salon works mornings one week and afternoons the next, redoing the rota every Monday is the job nobody wants, and the day it's forgotten ClaudIA offers a time with someone who isn't in. With rotating shifts you set it up once and everything changes by itself, week after week.
The shift rules everything at once: ClaudIA only offers each stylist the hours of their shift that week, the diary shades out what isn't theirs and, if your team clocks in, clock-in doesn't chase whoever is off. Holidays and sick leave still come first. And each person's usual hours stay saved: if you ever switch shifts off, everyone goes back to their normal schedule with nothing to set up.
How it works
- You create the shifts with their hours: for example «Morning», 9:00 to 15:00, and «Afternoon», 15:00 to 21:00.
- You say how many weeks the cycle lasts and who is on mornings this week: you don't need to know when it started.
- You mark who rotates and which shift they work each week. Anyone who doesn't rotate keeps their usual hours.
- You note one-off changes: two colleagues swapping shifts, someone taking the day off or working a full day.
- Before saving you see how the next eight weeks look: exactly what ClaudIA will offer.
