The usual questions
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. ClaudIA connects to the WhatsApp number you already use by scanning a QR code. Your team can keep using it as always.
Does it replace my receptionist?
No, and it isn't meant to. It answers when nobody can: at night, on Sundays, or when the salon is full. Your team sees every conversation and takes over whenever they want.
Does it answer the phone too?
Not yet in Reino Unido. Voice calls run on a Spanish number today; we'll offer them here once we have a local one. Everything else works from day one.
Which cities do you work in?
Anywhere in Reino Unido — ClaudIA works over WhatsApp and Instagram, so a salon in Londres, Mánchester, Birmingham o Edimburgo runs exactly the same.
What language is the dashboard in?
The assistant talks to your clients in their language, but the salon dashboard and its guides are in Spanish for now. We'd rather tell you upfront: if that's a problem for your team, let us know when you request the demo.
