It uses the waiting time

A balayage blocks two and a half hours of calendar, but you're only working for one and three quarters: you apply, wait for the colour to develop and finish off. On paper you'd put a cut into that wait without thinking twice. ClaudIA does it on its own — and only if you allow it.

It's the difference between a calendar that only blocks and one that thinks the way you do: the chair is busy, but your hands aren't. No salon booking system solves this in a single tap — most don't even ask, which is why that feature ends up unused.

How it works

  1. In Services, ClaudIA asks you ONCE whether you want to use the waiting time of each treatment (with the times pre-loaded; you can adjust them to the minute).
  2. When somebody asks for a short appointment, ClaudIA also offers the openings that fall inside those waits, as ordinary times.
  3. The calendar shades the «waiting» stretch and the appointment that goes inside shows at half width: you get it at a glance.
  4. You're always in charge: you can force or undo any combination by hand, and Reports show how much those gaps brought in.
