When you can't pick up the phone, the call isn't lost: ClaudIA answers in a natural voice, takes the details and books the appointment there and then. Your clients keep calling the number they always have. One thing to be clear about: this runs today on a Spanish number, so it's available in Spain — diverting your line from another country would be an international call charged to your salon.
Voice is included in the Pro and Pro XL plans, with a generous allowance of minutes. Every call answered is kept in the Calls section with its summary, so you know what was said without listening to the audio. And if the client asks for a person, ClaudIA alerts your phone and leaves the call in your dashboard marked as needing a call back, with the number. Outside Spain we'll offer it as soon as we have a local number; everything else works from day one.
