If your salon is in a tourist area or a bilingual region, some of your clients won't write in the local language. ClaudIA detects each person's language and answers in theirs, with nothing for you to configure.
It recognises English, Spanish, Catalan, Valencian, Galician, Basque, French, Portuguese and more. And if a client has a language they always use, you can fix it on their record so ClaudIA writes to them in it from the start. For a salon in a tourist town or a bilingual city, it's the difference between winning that client and losing her.
How it works
- An ambiguous first message (a plain «hi») is answered in the salon's default language.
- As soon as the language is clear, ClaudIA replies in that language.
- If the client switches language halfway through, ClaudIA follows.
- Your service names and salon details are never translated.
