Signed consent and before-and-after photos

Some treatments need a signed form first: radiofrequency, microblading, a bleach. That form is usually a printed sheet signed in a hurry that ends up in a folder. In ClaudIA it's written once, signed from the phone and stored with what it takes to hold up.

What's stored isn't an 'accepted': it's the text exactly as they read it, with its version and fingerprint, so that a year from now you can show what they signed. If you change the text, the version goes up and what was already signed still stands for what was signed. You send the link yourself, it expires after 30 days and only opens for whoever holds that phone.

How it works

  1. You write the consent text once and assign it to the services that need it.
  2. From each person's card you prepare theirs: it's filled in with their name and service, and you copy the link to send them over WhatsApp.
  3. They open it with the last four digits of their phone, read it and sign with their name and a checkbox. The exact text, the date, the time and its fingerprint are kept; the PDF comes out whenever you need it.
  4. The photos they send you over WhatsApp you mark as 'before' or 'after' and they're saved on their card, by date, without copying anything.
