A beauty treatment room, the nail lamp, the radiofrequency device: some services don't depend only on who does them, but on the equipment being free. With two professionals and a single device, each calendar can be free and the appointment still not fit.
It's what makes 'ClaudIA never double-books' true even when what's shared isn't a person but a room or a machine. And since the equipment is noted once on the service, there's nothing to remember when booking.
How it works
- You set up your equipment in Services: the name and how many units you have.
- You mark which services need it.
- When ClaudIA looks for a slot over WhatsApp, Instagram or phone, it checks that the person AND the equipment are free.
- When you create an appointment by hand, the calendar warns you if that device is already taken at that time.
