Winning back sleeping clients and sending birthday messages is something ClaudIA already does on its own. This is the other half: when YOU are the one with something to say — a seasonal offer, a change of hours, a Tuesday that has emptied out — you set the campaign up and ClaudIA handles the sending.
Messages don't all go out at once: they're spread out, because a hundred identical messages in the same minute is the fastest way to get marked as spam. And anyone who has asked you not to send them anything gets nothing — that always outranks any campaign.
How it works
- You choose the type of campaign and who it goes to.
- You write the message once, with each client's name filled in automatically.
- You pick the channel: WhatsApp, Instagram, or whichever each client prefers.
- ClaudIA sends them out staggered, respecting quiet hours and without flooding anyone.
- You watch the queue: what has gone out, what's left and what couldn't be delivered.
