Some work isn't one appointment, it's six: a course of sessions, a touch-up every four weeks, the client who comes on alternate Fridays. Booking them one at a time wastes your time — and loses half of them along the way, because nobody calls back.
The value isn't in saving clicks: it's that session six has a date on day one. A course of treatment booked session by session gets abandoned halfway; one that's already in the calendar gets finished.
How it works
- You say how often it repeats and how many sessions there are.
- ClaudIA finds a slot for each one, keeping to that spacing and to their stylist's calendar.
- If one date has nothing free, it tells you and offers the nearest one instead of skipping it.
- The whole series lands in the calendar, and each session can be moved or cancelled on its own.
- If there's a package involved, sessions come off it automatically as they're used.
