An assistant that works while you sleep is only worth it if you can see it working. That's why ClaudIA doesn't ask you to take it on faith: every morning it tells you what it did the day before, and in Reports you see, with the method in plain sight, how much time it has given back to you.
The figures come from your diary, not from an estimate: an appointment counts if ClaudIA booked it, even if it was later cancelled, because that work was done; and «outside your opening hours» is measured against your salon's real hours that day. It's the difference between being told AI saves time and seeing it in your own business.
How it works
- In your morning summary: the appointments ClaudIA booked yesterday, what they're worth and how many came in outside your opening hours, when you couldn't have answered.
- In Reports, «What ClaudIA has brought you»: the appointments it made and their value, compared with the previous period.
- Below it, «Time ClaudIA has saved you»: the conversations it handled on its own, without passing them to you, times the minutes each one takes you. You decide the minutes.
- And with WhatsApp commands, every Thursday it suggests a campaign for the clients who are drifting away, with next week's days that have the most free time. It only goes out if you reply «yes».
