A salon with three people has three calendars, three lists of what each one can do and three different ways of needing the dashboard. ClaudIA runs it from Team and Access: you mark who does what, note who's away and decide who gets in and with which permissions.
The profiles aren't decoration: an employee doesn't see marketing, loyalty, the assistant settings or the account; a manager runs the whole business except what belongs only to the account holder — tax details, the contract, payments and granting access. It's what lets you delegate the day-to-day without leaving the account in anyone's hands.
How it works
- In Team you set up each professional with their hours and mark the services they do: ClaudIA only offers them bookings for what's theirs.
- You note their absences (holidays, sick leave, a day off) and the calendar paints them: nobody books with someone who isn't there.
- If you want, it alerts your phone when that person gets a booking: you switch it on professional by professional.
- In Access you create users with their profile: manager, employee or read-only. Each one signs in with their own password.
