This one is about Spain too. From 2027 every Spanish salon will have to issue receipts with invoicing software adapted to Verifactu. ClaudIA already works today alongside any adapted POS (your calendar and your till, each doing its job, squared up through Google Calendar), and we're building the Verifactu Receipts module inside the tool itself. Outside Spain this doesn't apply to you.
The module is in build and will arrive well before the law requires it — included in Pro XL and available as an add-on on the other plans. In the meantime you don't need to change anything: ClaudIA works alongside your current adapted POS without duplicating work.
How it works
- You'll close the appointment in your calendar as always.
- ClaudIA will generate the receipt with the Verifactu requirements and its tax authority QR code.
- The record will be chained and tamper-proof, as the rule demands.
- No new till and no separate invoicing software.
